Starters – served at your table

Peter’s Pear Salad

Mixed leaf salad with fresh pears, gorgonzola dolce latte and walnuts

Antipasto d’Asparagi e fagioli

A warm antipasto of shallow fried asparagus and green beans, with green olives, garlic and thyme

Duck Liver Pate

Wrapped in bacon with a caramelized onions centre. Served with toasted Maltese bread and honey

Spaghetti  con Carciofi

Spaghetti tossed with artichoke hearts, black olives, fennel and white wine

Cannelloni al Forno

Baked cannelloni filled with minced meat and fresh ricotta

Green Lentil and Pancetta Soup

Carvery Main Course

Roast Prime Rib of Beef with Whisky and Peppercorn Gravy.

Roast leg of Lamb, with an Apricot, Brandy and Fresh Herb Stuffing.

Roast leg of local Pork, Brushed with Honey and Cloves.

Spit roasted Capons brushed with lemon and rosemary.

Served with a selection of –

Roast new potatoes  with rosemary and garlic. Cauliflower  with glazed cheese sauce.

Green bean and olive salad.  Mixed Leaf Salad. Cannellini beans and coriander salad

Mushrooms marinated with leeks and balsamic vinegar

Desserts – served at your table

Fresh Strawberry Salad

marinated with a balsamic syrup and served with whipped cream

La Pastiera Napoletana

A traditional Neapolitan Easter sweet baked with ricotta, citrus zest and orange flower water.

Torta tal – lewz.

Maltese almond cake, typical of Easter

Gelato Affogato

Panna  Ice Cream smothered with Anisette Coffee.

Sorbetto di Limone
