We also offer a wide choice of light starters and mouth-watering sweets. Our large glass-fronted ‘cave’ stocks a selection of well over 300 wines, stored in a humidity and temperature-controlled environment, for optimum serving.

We have gone and will continue to go that extra mile to ensure all that is necessary in sourcing, preparing and serving your food and wine. Selected cuts of Aberdeen Angus and Scottona beef from Italy are dry-aged in-house.
We butcher and hang most of our meat ourselves, serving all cuts, from head to tail. We use only the very best ingredients available and cook on the largest charcoal grill on the island.
