Junior Sous Chef or Chef De Partie (Full-time)
Interested persons must have previous 3 year experience, ITS qualified and fluent in English and Maltese. The ideal candidate is required to have a sound understanding of the grilling process, as well as having a highly organised nature. A passion for, and keen interest in food must be one of the main reasons for applying. A sound background in kitchen management with a sharp eye for cost controls and hygiene are a pre-requisite for persons applying for the posts of the Demi Chef or Chef De Partie. An attractive remuneration package will be given for the right candidates.
