Carpaccio di Salmone

Slivers of raw Scottish Salmon marinated with dill, marjoram and lemon zest.

Crostini al Pesto e Lardo

Home made basil pesto, tomato and thin sliced lardo on toasted Maltese bread.

Chicken Liver Pate

Wrapped in Bacon with Caramelised Onions and served with Baby Spinach.

Penne alla Norma

A speciality of Catania. Penne pasta tossed with fried aubergines, fresh tomatoes and ricotta salata.

Cannelloni al Forno

Baked cannelloni filled with a beef ragu and pecorino cheese.

Smooth creamy and refreshing lemon sorbet.

Dark chocolate tart served with an orange sauce.

Vanilla panna cotta with a chocolate and mint syrup.

Stewed apples covered with biscuit and nut crumble served with vanilla custard.
