On a recent business trip we were recommended to try this restaurant by our hotel concierge. We checked the menu on there website and although it’s not exactly cheap we decided to give it a go.
In brief we were welcomed like long lost friends, the waiters/waitresses, the manager, the bargirl, were brilliant, hospitality at its best. We all ordered starters and main courses (no room for dessert) and two wines that were recommended by the manager, neither of which I had ever even seen before never mind tried. Both were excellent. Tip for you, if you can find it as I believe it was a limited edition wine, red wine called Primus produced by a local winery, unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the producer. Being a steakhouse we all had steaks of various descriptions, two of them were overcooked but were changed immediately upon bringing this to the attention of the waitress.
As I said prices are on the high side, but if you’re prepared to pay then you won’t be disappointed.
Beats any steakhouse I’ve tried back here in the UK.
