Finely chopped Vegetables & Flavoured With Coriander.

Intermezzo

Saffron flavoured Aquarello Risotto served with Prawns ,

Mussels & Chorizo Sausage.

Sorbet

Pear Sorbet Grenadine & Champagne Jelly.

Main course

Pan Roasted Fillets of fresh Grouper served with Asparagus & Braised Fennel, Crab Meat Crushed Potato and Tamarillo juice.

Or

Slow-Roasted Black Angus Beef Fillet , finished on the grill, served with Parsnip Purée, Sautéed Chanterelles Mushrooms, Spinach, Creamed Potato and Thyme gravy.

Desserts

A Combination of Dark Chocolate Fondant, Glazed White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Truffle served with Mixed Raspberries cooked in 3 ways.
