Penne with Salmon & Mussels, Spring Onions, Fresh Cream & Herbs.

Asparagus & Goat’s Cheese Salad served with a Passion Fruit dressing.

 

Main Course From the Carvery

 

Roasted Rib-eye of Prime Beef on the bone with a Hazelnut & Tarragon Crust , Thyme gravy.

Smoked Leg of Pork flavoured with Honey & Cloves and an Apple & Sage sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast with a Herb & Whole Grain Mustard served with Bread sauce.

Baked Salmon served with a Preserved Lemon & Herb Crust and a Saffron sauce.
